The real estate market bordering Ho Chi Minh City is witnessing a wave of movement thanks to the advantage of connecting to the center (District 1) only about 10 km away, about 20 minutes, even closer than many inner-city districts.

On the other hand, the leverage from infrastructure helps to clear the distance and shorten the travel time, making the provincial household registration (adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City) no longer a barrier. With this support, many experts have commented that Binh Duong in the future will be similar to other centrally-run cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho... in terms of infrastructure, housing issues as well as the system of public utilities, adding momentum to Thuan An to have enough "strength" to compete with many districts in and outside Ho Chi Minh City (District 12, Go Vap, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh...).

Looking at the overall picture, this place is continuously enriched by a series of factors: planning, infrastructure... making the ownership of apartments in Thuan An open to many customers who buy to live and invest. In addition, the real estate value here will increase many levels, similar to Thu Duc City (HCMC) when this place decides to become a city in 2021.

Areas right next to Ho Chi Minh City maintain higher prices than other areas, but thanks to the advantage of synchronous infrastructure, the absorption rate is always positive. Even projects in Vinh Phu ward (Thuan An city) are searched for more than all through keywords such as "National Highway 13, Binh Duong welcome gate".
