Previously, at around 3:30 p.m. on April 1, 2025, a thunderstorm blew off the roofs of five households in Phuoc Vinh Dong Commune. The total damage was estimated at nearly VND100 million. In addition, the thunderstorm also damaged shrimp huts and roofs of several other households.
