Director of Cay Trom Agricultural Trade Service Cooperative - Bui Van Tuan received the Cooperative Star Award "Coop Star Awards 2025"

This activity is part of a series of events responding to the Month of Action for Cooperatives, celebrating Vietnam Cooperative Day on April 11, International Year of Cooperatives 2025.

At the ceremony, Long An province had Cay Trom Agricultural Trade Service Cooperative (Hung Dien A commune, Vinh Hung district) honored as a typical cooperative and awarded the Cooperative Star Award "Coop Star Award 2025".

Cay Trom Agricultural Trade Service Cooperative was established in 2017. From 29 initial members, the cooperative now has 103 members with a high-quality rice production area of ​​505 hectares, of which 320 hectares are safe rice produced according to the process of managing pesticide residues.

Cay Trom Agricultural Trade Service Cooperative promotes mechanization and application of science and technology in production.

The ceremony was held to recognize and honor cooperatives and cooperative unions with outstanding achievements in production and business development activities; enhance the role and position of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance system in collective economic development, promote propaganda, mobilization, guidance and support for members to actively participate in cooperative development. At the same time, support the development of cooperatives that link production and business activities with product value chains, apply science and technology, innovate and digitalize, develop green, organic, circular and sustainable agriculture./.
