BTO-Continuing the program, on the afternoon of July 4, Mr. Le Quang Huy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment and Ms. Bo Thi Xuan Linh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thuan province - National Assembly Delegate (NAD) of Binh Thuan province - had a meeting with voters in Hoa Minh commune (Tuy Phong) after the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the meeting, voters watched a clip summarizing the results of the session and the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the session.

Regarding the recommendations in the previous session, National Assembly Delegate Bo Thi Xuan Linh gave quite detailed answers regarding the situation of the Provincial General Hospital and a number of clinics and health stations being degraded, lacking medical equipment and supplies, and the lack of medicine affecting the people's need for medical examination and treatment. Accordingly, at the regional general clinics and health stations of Ham Thuan Nam and Tuy Phong districts, there is no shortage of medical supplies, chemicals, or biological products. The units have provided enough medical supplies, chemicals, and biological products for medical treatment, preventing the situation of patients coming for health check-ups or emergency treatment while their families buy medical supplies for initial medical examination and treatment.

Regarding the fact that the Provincial General Hospital is still lacking medical supplies, chemicals, and biological products for medical examination and treatment, the Provincial National Assembly Delegate explained: Although the bidding packages are being implemented, due to the bidding process according to regulations, the time from the date of approval of the contractor selection plan to the signing of the contract to have goods for use is at least 6 weeks. The price of medical supplies from the time of making the estimate and developing the procurement plan to the time of the policy of the Provincial People's Committee or the Department of Health, there was a price difference (increase in price), so the price appraisal work encountered difficulties or when organizing the bidding, the price of some items increased, so the contractor did not participate even though the bidding package had been extended many times... In addition, the unit's bidding staff still have limited capacity, are hesitant to participate in bidding, especially in 2022 when they have to serve audit, inspection, and examination delegations, so the consulting work is not timely. In addition, the National Assembly Delegate also responded to the content about the Commune Police confiscating motorbikes violating traffic laws and storing them in uncovered parking lots, leading to damage and waste of the vehicles. Therefore, voters suggested that the Commune Police should notify the settlement, handle and return them to the violators or liquidate them.

At the meeting, voters of Hoa Minh commune proposed that anti-glare panels made of metal be installed along Highway 1A, which is very dangerous for people if they are unlucky enough to have a traffic accident. Therefore, they suggested that the relevant agencies could study and replace them with other safer materials, minimizing the risk of injury to people. The situation of fraud in cyberspace is increasingly complicated, and ministries and branches need to have solutions to prevent it. In addition, voters also proposed that the road to Cay Cam village needs to be rebuilt because it has been degraded for many years, helping people to travel to and from production, as well as teachers and students to the Cay Cam Primary School branch more conveniently.

National Assembly Delegate Le Quang Huy acknowledged and clarified related contents and will submit them to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
