(Dan Tri) - This is a rare time Cam Ly accepts to be a guest on a TV show after a period of rest due to sinusitis.
In the recent program My Best Lover on VTV3 channel, besides the regular panel of commentators including Hari Won, Dieu Nhi, Sam, there were also two special guests, singers Cam Ly and Giang Hong Ngoc.
Appearing on the show, Cam Ly attracted attention with her radiant appearance, enthusiastically giving comments and suggestions to the contestants. Notably, the female singer also juggled with other artists, creating laughter for the audience.
During a conversation with MC Thanh Duy about the topic of Bolero , actress Sam confidently affirmed: "This is my forte". However, after Sam tried singing a part of the song Duyên mệnh and asked Cẩm Ly if she wanted to accept a student, the "queen of folk songs" immediately politely refused: "I'm afraid of accepting students".
When Hari Won invited Cam Ly to comment on Sam's singing, the female singer also cleverly replied: "Do you guys listen to good lyrics or sing well? Sam is the type... who sings cutely."

Cam Ly once had a period of time when she stopped singing because she suffered from sinusitis. The prolonged illness caused her physical and mental health to decline. The sinusitis even severely affected Cam Ly's singing voice, sometimes she couldn't make a sound.
Currently, Cam Ly's voice has gradually recovered so she is accepting shows to perform again. However, working at a high frequency in recent times has caused the old illness of the singer born in 1970 to relapse, causing fever and fatigue.
In August, Cam Ly shared about having to undergo long-term treatment because of a relapse of her old illness. The singer said she accepted "living with" this disease, and even humorously called sinusitis her "best friend".

In the show My Best Lover, Cam Ly also expressed her admiration for the 9-year love story of Pha Pham and his girlfriend Ho Nam. The duo has always been together since Pha Pham was still singing at karaoke, weddings and parties.
In the end, Pha Pham won the show and received a prize of 60 million VND. In particular, this episode also surprised the audience when Truong An suddenly knelt down to propose to Nhu May and received a nod from her.
