Kim Nguyen Nguyen Thao (8 years old) is the first outstanding young female athlete to reach the finish line at the Kids Aqua Warriors distance.
"I trained very hard to prepare for the competition. Every day I jogged and swam to stay healthy. During the competition, I found the running on the sand part the most difficult because my feet sank into the ground and I was very tired. But I didn't give up and tried my best to overcome it. When I felt tired, I told myself to keep trying and finally I was able to complete my competition," Nguyen Thao shared (Photo: Do Minh Quan).

Mr. Kim Tuan Anh (athlete Nguyen Thao's father) said that he and his wife brought their child to compete and were very proud of Thao's achievement today.
"My daughter is very excited to participate in the competition, not only because of the joy of competing but also because of the opportunity to interact with other stronger and more talented friends. I also guided her on how to arrange her time reasonably between studying at school and practicing sports. Thanks to that, she always tries to complete her homework quickly and completely to have more time to practice physical training and pursue her passion," Mr. Tuan Anh shared (Photo: Thanh Dong).
