The Wall Participates in ASEAN - India Music Festival 2024

(Dan Tri) - At the invitation of the Organizing Committee of the ASEAN - India Music Festival 2024, Buc Tuong and Pham Anh Khoa will fly to India to participate in this meaningful festival.


The band Bức Tường just performed the live show Con mua thang may on October 27 at Ho Guom Theater, Hanoi. This is an important event, celebrating the 29th anniversary of the band's founding.

Shortly after, The Wall also attended the BridgeFest 2024 Music Festival held at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square (Hanoi). The event attracted more than 15,000 attendees.

Today, November 27, Buc Tuong and Pham Anh Khoa flew to India to prepare for the opening night of the ASEAN - India Music Festival 2024 taking place on the evening of November 29.

The Wall and artists from ASEAN countries will perform at Purana Qila, New Delhi, India. This is an event organized by the Ministry of External Affairs of India and Seher - the organizer.

The 3rd ASEAN Music Festival also marks the 10th anniversary of India's "Act East" policy (renamed and launched in September 2014, promoting economic, trade and commerce to reconnect India and Southeast Asian countries).

This is a commemorative festival to celebrate the landmark decisions taken at the 21st ASEAN-India Summit and highlight India's strong cultural partnership.

Sanjeev Bhargava, Founder Director of Seher, the festival organiser, stressed: “Music is more than just a performance – it is an expression of our common humanity. The ASEAN-India Music Festival is a reminder that, despite our differences, music has the power to unite, transcend borders and celebrate the bonds we have built.”

The event will bring together 10 bands representing 10 ASEAN countries and 5 bands from India.

The ASEAN India Music Festival 2024 promises to be an unforgettable celebration of unity, creativity and the universal language of music. As the date approaches, excitement continues to build for this remarkable event that will bring together cultures, voices and communities in the heart of New Delhi.

Musician Tran Tuan Hung - Head of the band Buc Tuong - shared that the artists in the group have participated in music festivals abroad. But this is the first time Buc Tuong has performed with artists representing 10 ASEAN countries and 5 bands from India.

"This is a great opportunity for us to introduce our identities, Vietnamese works and culture. Hopefully, with careful and elaborate preparation, Buc Tuong will bring fiery and impressive performances to the audience of your country," said Tran Tuan Hung.

Bands and artists will perform at the ASEAN - India Music Festival 2024 over three nights, from November 29 to December 1.

After finishing their tour in India, on December 5, the band Bức Tường will participate in the Ho Zo Festival in Ho Chi Minh City. Bức Tường will also perform at Countdown VTV 2025 , before preparing for a series of activities towards the band's 30th anniversary in 2025.

In this series of activities, Pham Anh Khoa is the singer who will accompany the band Buc Tuong.

After more than 29 years of operation and dedication, with 7 studio albums and hundreds of shows at home and abroad, Buc Tuong has conquered Vietnamese rock audiences of many generations. Buc Tuong's music always brings closeness and positive energy.
