In order to carry out the national ethics of "Repaying gratitude", "When drinking water, remember its source", to express gratitude for the sacrifices of heroic martyrs, and at the same time to share the difficulties with the locality, the leaders of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the leaders of Quang Tri province have mobilized contributions from cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and agencies, organizations and individuals to repair and upgrade the Martyrs' Cemetery of Trieu Phong district with items such as: building a new stele house, a house to place the great bell, renovating the memorial grounds, painting the fence, lighting system..., with a budget of more than 3 billion VND.
