Eight educational programs have been developed by the Ministry of Education and Training to meet the people's requirements for regular and lifelong learning, contributing to improving people's knowledge and self-development to generate income and improve the quality of life.
The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Circular No. 18 regulating the Education Program to meet the requirements of learners; update knowledge, skills, and transfer technology, effective from January 14, 2025.

Accordingly, the goal of the education program is to create learning opportunities for learners who need to update and supplement knowledge and skills necessary for life, production and reception of new technology. In addition, economic development creates income, improves the quality of life for individuals and families; meets the requirements of improving people's knowledge, the need for regular study and lifelong learning of the people.
The educational program meeting the requirements of learners promulgated under this circular applies to continuing education institutions and other educational institutions to meet the above objectives.
Digital transformation is one of the training programs issued by the Ministry of Education and Training to help people improve their knowledge to meet the needs of work and lifelong learning.

Specifically, the program is built on 8 areas including legal education, cultural and social education, environmental protection education, health protection education, economic development education, life skills education and psychological counseling, career and entrepreneurship education, and digital transformation education in the community.
Each educational program has 189 periods with a lot of knowledge content. For example, in the legal education program, students will learn about human rights, civil rights, laws on preventing domestic violence, marriage and family, network information security, etc.
The socio-cultural education program provides knowledge about Vietnamese culture such as cultural heritage, traditional festivals, cyber-behavior, gender equality... Career and entrepreneurship education equips parents with knowledge and skills such as advising and supporting their children in career orientation, stages of entrepreneurship...
Certificate issued upon meeting requirements
Based on the content and requirements of each specific program, educational institutions will proactively develop flexible teaching and learning plans for each program in each field, with a minimum of 30 periods or more for each group of learners.
Depending on the content of the topics and the learners, teachers can choose and organize learning in the following forms: concentrated learning, field learning, learning through science and technology transfer training sessions, direct talks, integration through club activities, group activities, field trips, organizing competitions...
Learners who complete a specific educational program and pass the required tests are awarded a certificate of completion of the educational program.
