The University of Economics (Hue University) has just held the 2025 graduation ceremony, honoring 195 excellent and excellent graduates. Closing the 4-year journey, Tran Ai Thi (22 years old, majoring in marketing) became the valedictorian with 3.96/4 points.

Choosing to study marketing at the University of Economics ( Hue University), at that time, Ai Thi simply thought that this major in Hue City had the most potential.

Thi shared that she never thought of herself as a talented person who learned everything quickly and was good at everything. On the contrary, Thi admitted that she was a slow learner and had a poor memory.

During the learning process, there are times when you feel stuck, lose motivation, and feel confused. To overcome this, Ai Thi chooses to give herself time to rest, look back on the journey she has taken, and remind herself how hard she has worked to get to where she is now.

The Hue female student does not put too much emphasis on scores. After each exam, Thi does not have the habit of checking the answers or "anxiously waiting for the score". It is this relaxed learning spirit that helps the female valedictorian maintain better performance during nearly 4 years of university.

Thi used most of the scholarship money to pay for her tuition, proud to be able to help her parents with her studies.

To achieve impressive achievements, Ai Thi's biggest motivation is her family. Thi confided that in the past, her parents did not have much opportunity to study, but since she was young, she was always encouraged and supported by her parents in her studies.

This has created an inner force, urging me to study hard. I realize that studying is not just about grades, but it opens up many opportunities for me, both in knowledge, in thinking and in the future.

"I know I'm not the best, but I'm serious, hard-working and always believe I can do it. What I achieve from my efforts gives me more motivation to continue trying," Thi shared.

In addition to school hours, Ai Thi also works part-time as a cafe waitress and teaches English online to earn extra income. She said she worked as a cafe waitress in her second year of university, and only started teaching English online after finishing her school program.

However, after a period of working part-time at a coffee shop, Ai Thi decided to focus on studying to hunt for scholarships. According to Thi, this is a more effective way to support her family financially, while also helping her accumulate knowledge and develop herself.

9.8 points graduation thesis

Ai Thi's graduation thesis studies the impact of corporate reputation on customer loyalty at MobiFone Thua Thien Hue.

With a fairly new topic in the locality, Thi had many difficulties finding documents, but thanks to his good English reading comprehension ability (IELTS 7.0), he was able to access many international sources.

Thi also learns how to use data analysis software such as SPSS, AMOS, and academic search engines.

"The process of self-studying and applying these tools has shown my ability to learn new knowledge," Thi said.

Ai Thi's thesis received high praise from the council and achieved a score of 9.8.
