Biwase Tour of Vietnam is a level 2.2 tournament in the UCI competition system. This tournament takes place from March 7-11 with 5 stages and a total route of nearly 600 km, starting from Binh Duong and ending in Da Lat City.

Mr. Ngo Van Lui, Vice President of the Vietnam Cycling and Motor Sports Federation, Head of the Biwase Tour of Vietnam Organizing Committee, said that the tournament being recognized by UCI and included in the competition system helps to raise the position of Vietnamese women's cycling with international friends. Thanks to that, the tournament attracted a "record" number of international teams to participate, 14 teams. This is a great opportunity for Vietnamese racers to show themselves as well as compete and hone their skills.
Mr. Ngo Van Lui, Head of the Organizing Committee of Biwase Tour of Vietnam, expects the first tournament in the UCI system to be attractive and successful.
Among the 14 international teams, there are strong teams from France, Iran, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Mongolia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Taiwan. Host Vietnam also has 10 teams, including the number 1 female cyclist Nguyen Thi That competing for the Loc Troi An Giang Group Club. At this Biwase Tour of Vietnam, Nguyen Thi That will rematch her rival Jutatip (Thailand), who just defeated her at the Asian Championship. In addition, domestic clubs such as Biwase Club and Dong Thap Club also hire foreign players to compete in order to create "fair" competition with international teams.
With the participation of 14 international racing teams, Biwase Tour of Vietnam promises to create dramatic competition.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - General Secretary of the Vietnam Cycling and Motor Sports Federation, Deputy Organizing Committee said that international referees from Hong Kong and Korea will participate in the Biwase Tour of Vietnam. This is also an opportunity for Vietnamese referees to learn and improve their professional skills.
Right after the Biwase Tour of Vietnam, the cyclists will continue to compete in the Binh Duong International Women's Cycling Tournament. This is the 15th time the tournament has been held, it has become a tradition, so the Organizing Committee wants to maintain this playground to create opportunities for Vietnamese cyclists to compete. It is known that all teams participating in the Biwase Tour of Vietnam will continue to compete in the Binh Duong International Women's Cycling Tournament. The tournament will take place from March 12 to 18.
