Initial information, at around 3pm the same day, a local was watering plants near the temple gate when he heard the screams of a newborn baby. This person approached and was surprised to discover a baby carefully wrapped in a pink towel, covered by a conical hat.

After that, the temple informed the People's Committee of Tan Binh Ward and took the baby to the Ward Health Station for health care. Through initial examination, the baby was about 1 day old, weighed about 3kg, was 50cm tall, and had pinkish white skin. The baby's health was stable, with a few red rashes on his body that could have been caused by insect bites.

According to the People's Committee of Tan Binh Ward, the ward's Women's Union will temporarily take care of the baby. If after 7 days no one comes to claim the baby, the local government will carry out birth registration procedures and legal procedures related to giving and receiving the child according to the law.
