Bao Loc: Auction of 26 public land lots, increased by more than 13.6 billion VND compared to the starting price

The auction of 26 public land lots in Bao Loc city had more than 300 people registered to participate in the auction.

Previously, on March 28, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the City Construction Investment Project Management Board and relevant agencies to coordinate with the Lam Dong Province Property Auction Service Center to organize an auction of 26 public land lots in 2 areas: Quarter 9 under the detailed planning for the construction of the expanded urban center of Ward 1 and the residential area of ​​Nguyen Khuyen Street, Ward 2 (Bao Loc City). The starting price for the auction of the 26 land lots mentioned above is 40.695 billion VND.

The auction had more than 300 individuals submitting registration documents to participate in the auction. The auction results showed that all 26/26 land lots were successfully bid by individuals, with the total winning bid amount being 54,315 billion VND (an increase of more than 13.6 billion VND compared to the starting price).

From the above auction results, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is completing the procedures for the People's Committee of Bao Loc City to issue a decision to recognize the auction results of land use rights at 26 land lots of the auction winner according to regulations.
