Promote socio-economic development, improve people's lives

Since the beginning of the term, the Party Committees of Na Hang and Lam Binh districts have focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the Congress Resolution and achieved many important and comprehensive results in all areas. The material and spiritual life of the people has been constantly improved.

The work of building the Party and the political system continues to be focused on by the Party Committees of the two districts, creating positive changes; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organizations and Party members are enhanced.

Currently, the districts are focusing on seriously and effectively implementing the Central and provincial directives on socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in 2025. The focus is on Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.

Na Hang and Lam Binh districts proposed that the province speed up the implementation of the project to establish a plan to preserve, restore and promote the value of the scenic landscape of the Na Hang - Lam Binh Special National Reserve. This is an area with typical natural geographical conditions of the Northeast region of Vietnam, with a rich and diverse flora and fauna; an area with unique geological features; with the initiation, convergence and cultural exchange of ethnic groups in the Northeast and Northwest regions with many extremely valuable tangible and intangible cultural heritages of ethnic communities living there for a long time. This is also an important basis for Tuyen Quang province to coordinate with Bac Kan province to build a dossier for the Ba Be - Na Hang Natural Heritage Area to submit to UNESCO for recognition as a world natural heritage. Along with that, to support attracting investors to implement projects, the districts also proposed to invest in a number of infrastructure works serving production and people's lives...

Discussing at the meeting, delegates all assessed that Na Hang and Lam Binh districts have made efforts to implement the goals set out in the congress resolution, and that the targets have basically been achieved and exceeded as planned. At the same time, they clarified the tasks for the two localities to continue promoting their potentials and strengths for development.

Creating Na Hang and Lam Binh into truly attractive destinations

Provincial Party Secretary Ha Thi Nga highly appreciated, acknowledged and warmly commended the spirit of solidarity, efforts and important results achieved by the Party Committee, government, agencies, units and people of all ethnic groups in Na Hang and Lam Binh districts in the recent past.

He emphasized: although the socio-economic development of the two districts has developed, there has not been a breakthrough, not commensurate with the inherent potential and strengths, especially in tourism development, agricultural, forestry, and aquatic product production and specialty products.

He suggested that Na Hang and Lam Binh districts continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, unity, overcome difficulties, and promote the achieved results to lead, direct and organize the implementation of the highest results of the set goals and tasks. The two districts continue to closely follow the goals, tasks and socio-economic development projects of the province, associated with the potential and advantages of the locality to further promote the socio-economic development of the locality.

He emphasized that the two districts have many advantages that other places do not have to build and develop unique and attractive tourism products, such as: Special National Scenic Area Na Hang - Lam Binh Nature Reserve; eco-tourism, experience, exploration of hydroelectric lakes, caves, waterfalls, primeval forests, adventure tourism; community tourism (Homestay)... The two districts need to continue to deploy solutions, carry out digital transformation in tourism development, create Na Hang, Lam Binh into truly attractive destinations, to attract tourists and attract investors to survey and invest in tourism projects in the two districts.

On this occasion, the province awarded support to Na Hang district and Lam Binh district each 10 billion VND to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.

He also noted that the two districts continue to effectively implement tasks and solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system at both district and commune levels; the immediate focus is to effectively implement policies and directions on the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units of the Central and the province. The two districts need to continue to review and comprehensively evaluate the organizational structure, functions and tasks of each affiliated unit; characteristics and conditions of geographical location, culture, development space, and the impact of the reorganization plan,... to develop and propose a plan to reorganize the organization, apparatus and administrative units at the commune, village and hamlet levels to ensure comprehensiveness, strictness, and suitability with reality; the new apparatus must operate effectively, efficiently, and smoothly, without interrupting work; and without affecting the activities of party organizations, government, people and businesses.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga requested the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee and agencies and units to pay attention to supporting, helping and creating the best conditions for the two districts to effectively implement the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security, Party building and the political system.
