According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, early morning on August 29, the Central Highlands and Southern regions will have localized showers and thunderstorms.
In the afternoon and evening of August 29, the South Central region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 10-30mm, some places over 50mm; the Central Highlands and the South will have showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall from 15-30mm, some places over 80mm.
On August 29, the Northeast region and Hoa Binh will have hot weather, some places will have severe heat, the highest temperature will be from 35-37 degrees Celsius, some places will be over 37 degrees Celsius; the lowest relative humidity will be 55-60%.
Other places in the North have localized heat with temperatures in some places above 35 degrees Celsius.
At sea, on the day and night of August 29, the sea area from Ninh Thuan to Ca Mau and the East of the South China Sea (including the sea area east of Truong Sa) will have wind level 6, gusting to level 7-8; waves 2-4m high; rough seas.
The western sea area of the South China Sea (including the western sea area) has winds of level 6-7, sometimes level 8, gusting to level 9; waves 2-4m high; rough seas.
