From around the afternoon and night of March 28, this cold air mass will affect the mainland areas of the Northeast, North Central and some places in the Northwest. Then it will affect other places in the Northwest and some places in the Central Central.

From the evening of March 29, cold air will affect Quang Nam localities.

At sea, from the afternoon of March 28, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the wind will change direction to Northeast and gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas, waves 2-3m high. In the northern sea area of ​​the North East Sea, the wind will change direction to Northeast, strong level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8, rough seas, waves 3-5m high.

Inland areas of Quang Nam from the evening of March 29 will have scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Nights and mornings will be cold, with some places experiencing frost. The lowest temperature during this period will generally be between 19-21 degrees Celsius. North to Northeast winds will be level 2-3, and coastal winds will be level 3-4.

From the evening of March 29, the Quang Nam sea area will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. During thunderstorms, be on guard against tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. The North to Northeast wind will be strong at level 5, in some places at level 6, with waves 1.5-3m high and rough seas.

The provincial Hydrometeorological Station forecasts that from March 29 to 31, localities in the province will have scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, it is necessary to be on guard against tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Ships operating at sea need to take precautions against strong winds and big waves. Coastal tourist areas, Cua Dai - Cu Lao Cham sea area need to be on guard against strong winds, high waves; be on guard against coastal landslides, especially Cua Dai sea area (Hoi An city), Cua Lo (Nui Thanh district). The mountainous and midland areas of Quang Nam need to be on guard against thunderstorms, whirlwinds and hail.
