Warmth of Great Solidarity Day of Tan Phu Ward (HCMC)

On November 7, the Front Working Committee of Inter-neighborhoods 1, 2, 3, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City solemnly organized the National Great Unity Day 2024.

The festival is a place to review the traditions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, thereby evaluating the results of the implementation of campaigns and emulation movements in 2024 and also an opportunity to register for emulation projects in 2025; people participate in contributing opinions related to practical issues in residential areas; honoring examples of "Good people - Good deeds"...

Over the past year, the political system of inter-ward wards 1, 2, 3 has united together to effectively implement the contents of building residential areas, associated with the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas"; building residential areas of Solidarity - Affection - Self-management.

Through that, new models, good and typical ways have emerged in social security work, taking care of policy families, lonely elderly people, and households in difficult circumstances.

The results have been supporting more than 100 gifts during holidays, Tet, mobilizing, awarding scholarships, taking care of 150 students on the occasions of Mid-Autumn Festival, International Children's Day 1-6, with a total cost of 20 million VND.

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, presented gifts to support people at the festival.

At the same time, neighborhoods also organize propaganda and mobilize people to protect the environment in conjunction with building urban beauty; building clean, environmentally friendly roads and alleys.

Mr. Pham Anh Hao (Tan My apartment building, Ward 3, Tan Phu ward) assessed that although there were many tasks to be solved in 2024, the ward officials made efforts to implement them, thereby bringing positive results. The most typical example is the renovation of the park into green, clean and beautiful areas, attracting a large number of people to come here to exercise and play. "The renovated park contributes to better security for the people, the situation of littering is no longer there, the environment has been improved. Our quality of life has been significantly improved," Mr. Hao said excitedly.

On this occasion, leaders of the City Front and District 7 also presented many gifts to support poor households in the 3 neighborhoods.
