From a Vietnamese street food, broken rice has been quickly developed by many businesses into F&B (Food and Beverage) chains specializing in broken rice. With its rustic, familiar flavor and reasonable cost, broken rice always has a stable number of customers.

However, the current broken rice business market is very diverse with many large and small brands. One of the famous broken rice chains in Ho Chi Minh City is Cali Broken Rice. The company operating this chain is Ngoc Le F&B Joint Stock Company.
