As a Justice - Civil Status officer of the People's Committee of Dien Lam commune, over the years, Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang has advised local leaders to successfully complete the work of civil status justice, becoming the leading unit of the district in this task. In particular, Mr. Quang is a core member in the work of propaganda, dissemination and legal education in the locality. "I identify this as an important task and put a lot of effort into this work. Thereby, helping people understand and grasp the law in a timely manner. In addition to traditional methods such as: Oral propaganda, through the commune's radio station, posting on the commune's Electronic Information Portal, ... I also create legal propaganda clips posted on the Dien Lam Law Fanpage and forwarded them to Zalo groups of community digital technology groups for propaganda. In 2024, I compiled 48 propaganda articles posted on the commune's electronic information portal and read them on the commune's radio station," Mr. Quang shared.

Since the beginning of 2024, the Standing Committee of the Women's Union of Dien Khanh district has launched many emulation movements to grassroots associations, focusing on the emulation movement "Building Dien Khanh women to be united, dynamic, creative, and aspiring to rise up", the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's, contributing to fostering Vietnamese family values" associated with the implementation of the movement "Emulation to perform the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense - security, building civilized urban areas, modern rural areas of Dien Khanh district in the period of 2024 - 2025"... According to Ms. Pham Thi Hoa - President of the Women's Union of Dien Khanh district, the emulation movements have been actively responded to by all levels of the association. Thereby, there are many practical and meaningful models to help members in difficult circumstances such as: "Banh tet vui xuan" program; The models of “Piggy Bank”, “Rice Jar of Love”, “Health Insurance Savings Group”… have supported 872 members in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 195 million VND. The “Godmother” program has supported 48 orphans; the “Following Children to School” program has awarded 460 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances with good and excellent academic achievements; and provided livelihoods to 24 poor and near-poor households…

The above are just 2 of many outstanding collectives and individuals in the 2024 emulation movement of Dien Khanh district. At the conference to summarize the emulation and reward work in 2024 and launch the emulation movement in 2025, recently organized by the District People's Committee, 7 collectives were awarded the title of "Excellent Labor Collective in 2024" by the Provincial People's Committee; the District People's Committee awarded 45 collectives and 179 individuals.

Continue to innovate and be creative in competition

The patriotic emulation movements in 2024 were organized enthusiastically by Dien Khanh district, with many innovations and quality improvements, creating motivation to complete the assigned tasks. The emulation results of some outstanding targets and tasks such as: The total budget revenue of the district reached 109% of the assigned plan; the poverty rate reduction reached 208.6% of the plan; the employment rate reached 471.8%; the number of people participating in health insurance reached 103.36% of the plan; the district was recognized as a new rural district in 2023...

Mr. Nguyen Van Gam - Chairman of Dien Khanh District People's Committee said that 2025 is an important year, with many important events of the country taking place; at the same time, it is also the year that the political system at all levels will organize, arrange and streamline the apparatus according to the direction of the Politburo. Therefore, the tasks of agencies, units and localities will be heavier. The district leaders requested agencies, units, localities, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to continue to innovate comprehensively, promote creativity in organizing emulation movements; focus on organizing emulation by topic, emulation by period, short-term emulation to quickly catch up with the new situation. Agencies, units and localities continue to widely and effectively deploy emulation movements to implement key projects of the country, the province, the district, projects under the Program for socio-economic recovery and development. At the same time, strengthen the role and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities and the responsibility of leaders in leading and directing the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the grassroots administrative apparatus, ensuring effective, efficient and productive operations, bringing many benefits to people and businesses...
