Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van, Head of the Committee for Culture and Society, Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting. Also attending the meeting were leaders of the Committee for Economy and Budget, the Committee for Law, Provincial People's Council; members of the Committee for Culture and Society; representatives of the Department of Health, Department of Finance, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, the delegates basically agreed on the Plan and the suggested outlines for reporting to the agencies and localities subject to supervision. Accordingly, the purpose of this supervision is to assess the results achieved, the advantages and difficulties in implementing Resolution 26/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2021 of the People's Council of Tien Giang province on "Regulations on support levels for population collaborators and reward policies for collectives and individuals in population work in Tien Giang province", the period from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.

At the same time, identify the causes and responsibilities of agencies and units in the implementation process. Based on the monitoring, recommend related issues, propose solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles to promote effective policy implementation in the coming time.

The monitoring results will be reported at the 2025 Mid-Year Regular Session - Tien Giang Provincial People's Council, Term X, for voters and people to follow.

It is known that the Supervisory Delegation will work directly at the agencies and localities under supervision from April 15, 2025 to May 22, 2025.
