H'Ang Nie participated in the Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2011 pageant, entered the top 6 and won the prize for the contestant with the most beautiful body. In 2014, she participated in the Miss Vietnam pageant and began to be affectionately called "black pearl" by the audience. In 2015, she continued to participate in the Miss Universe Vietnam pageant.
In 2018, H'Ang Nie represented Vietnam and won the second runner-up title at the Miss Supermodel World contest. After winning the runner-up title, the Ede beauty decided to stop at beauty pageants.
