According to the report on March 27 of Tam Tue Duc Primary - Secondary School (address: 644 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City), by 8:00 a.m. on March 27, 2025, there were a total of 7 cases with the same symptoms of mild abdominal pain that were proactively allowed by their parents to stay home for further monitoring.

According to the report of Tue Duc Primary - Secondary School (address: 1/5 Bis, Luong Dinh Cua, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City), at 7:45 a.m. on March 26, 2025, the homeroom teacher of class 1P6 received information from the parents of THN, a student of class 1P6, and THT, a student of class 3P5, who showed signs of nausea and diarrhea; the family took their children to the hospital for examination, and the conclusion was suspected of food poisoning.
At 8:40 a.m. on March 26, 2025, after organizing breakfast for the whole school, the school received 2 more cases at school with similar symptoms.
At noon on March 26, 2025, the school held a meeting, through information from the records, there were a total of 38 suspected cases including: 2 students at home and 2 students at school with suspected symptoms. The remaining 34 students showed symptoms of headache, vomiting, and diarrhea after eating at school.
Thus, the number of students suspected of food poisoning in the two schools above is 45. Currently, the school has taken samples, conducted tests and sent food samples for testing. On the afternoon of March 26, the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City went to Tue Duc Primary and Secondary School to work, check the status, records and preliminary processing procedures in the school kitchen and grasp the situation of students suspected of poisoning.
