Candidates register for university entrance exam from July 16

According to the 2025 university admission plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates use the account provided on the Ministry's admission system to check their high school transcripts. If there are any errors, they must report them before 5:00 p.m. on June 6.

From July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, candidates can register, adjust, and add university admission wishes an unlimited number of times.

After the high school graduation exam scores are available, universities will announce the threshold to ensure the quality of their entrance exams (the floor score). For the education and health sciences majors, the floor score will be announced before 5:00 p.m. on July 23.

In 2025, candidates have 13 days to register and adjust their university admission wishes.

Candidates pay the admission fee online from July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5. After that, the Ministry of Education and Training and universities will process the admission requests (virtual filtering) from August 16 to 5:00 p.m. on August 20. Universities will upload data, admission information, and organize the admission process. Complete the announcement of successful candidates in the first round from 5:00 p.m. on August 22.

Before 5:30 p.m. on August 30, all admitted candidates (including direct candidates) must confirm their enrollment on the system (if they wish to study).

From September 1 to December 2025, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds must follow the admission information posted on the school's admission information page (if the school conducts additional admissions, candidates who have passed the entrance exam and have confirmed their enrollment will not be considered for additional admission, except in cases where the school principal allows them not to enroll).

The Ministry of Education and Training recommends that candidates carefully study the admission information and admission regulations of training institutions (universities), register for admission according to the regulations of the schools (on criteria, conditions, documents, procedures, and time for admission) at the school's admission portal and require all candidates to register for admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's Admission Portal or at the National Public Service Portal (content and implementation time according to regulations).

Candidates do not register for training programs or majors that do not meet the requirements; declare, provide complete information and ensure the accuracy of all information for registration to schools. Accurate declaration and responsibility for information (timelines according to instructions) to enjoy regional priority, priority subjects (if any) at the time of registration for the 2025 high school graduation exam (enclose evidence of priority subjects if any).

Candidates' permanent residence information at each stage will be checked and verified by the authorities based on population database.
