ZaloPay and Gojek cooperate, bringing new payment options

Today, November 14, ZaloPay, an e-wallet platform and online payment system, and Gojek, a multi-service technology platform, officially announced their cooperation, bringing new payment options.

Customers can now use ZaloPay to pay for services on Gojek

Thus, ZaloPay users can pay for online food delivery services (GoFood) on the Gojek app... other services on the Gojek app such as transportation services (calling two-wheeled vehicles GoRide, four-wheeled vehicles GoCar) and delivery (GoSend) from the beginning of 2024.

Bringing ZaloPay to the Gojek platform is part of Gojek’s strategy to provide users with more payment options, as Gojek aims to deliver a secure, seamless, and convenient payment experience on the app. The partnership will also help Gojek serve the ecosystem of more than 11.5 million ZaloPay users and reach tens of millions of Zalo users.

Ms. Le Lan Chi, General Director of ZaloPay shared: “The cooperation with Gojek marks an important milestone in ZaloPay's mission to develop and promote cashless payments, especially in the field of transportation and delivery in Vietnam. ZaloPay believes that with its outstanding service platform, Gojek will help us achieve this goal.”

To activate ZaloPay as a payment method on Gojek, users just need to go to the "Account Information" icon on the top right of the Gojek application, select "Payment method" and click to add "ZaloPay" according to the instructions.

From the ZaloPay app or ZaloPay wallet in Zalo, users can also view detailed instructions and install Gojek as well as link ZaloPay wallet by: Accessing the ZaloPay homepage, finding the Gojek icon and following the steps as instructed.
