Provincial Social Insurance has 9 officials and employees retiring before age.

According to the synthesis of the provincial Social Insurance (SSI), up to now, there have been 9 officials and employees of the provincial Social Insurance sector who have retired before the retirement age according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in the implementation of the organizational arrangement of the political system (Decree No. 178) and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 178 (Decree No. 67). Among them, there is 1 Deputy Head of Department; 2 Directors of District Social Insurance; 6 officials and employees of the provincial Social Insurance and District and Town Social Insurance.

These cases have a decision to retire early to enjoy social insurance benefits from April 1, 2025.
The voluntary early retirement of officials and employees contributes to facilitating the organization of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently. At the same time, it creates conditions for the younger generation of cadres to continue to strive and contribute to the career of the provincial Social Insurance sector.
