Recently, Thanh Hoa Electricity Company organized a meeting with the shock team consisting of officers, engineers, and workers of the High Voltage Grid Operation Management Team - Thanh Hoa Electricity Company at the launching ceremony to participate in supporting the construction of the 500kV line project, circuit 3 from Quang Trach to Pho Noi.
Director of Thanh Hoa Hoang Hai Power Company gave a speech of encouragement and assigned tasks to the Company's staff participating in the Shock Team to support the construction of the 500kV circuit 3 project at the meeting.
At the meeting, the Director of Thanh Hoa Hoang Hai Power Company encouraged and assigned tasks to the working group during the project construction process. The Director of the Company hopes that each participating individual needs to promote the spirit of solidarity, capacity, experience, comply with procedures and regulations when working, concentrate highly, ensure safety, maintain health to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
The Board of Directors, Chairman of the Trade Union, Secretary of the Youth Union and representatives of the leaders of the Company's departments and offices presented gifts to encourage the forces participating in the Shock Team.

Given the urgent nature of the project, the Prime Minister has given strong direction and requested that the project be completed by June 2024.
The project consists of 4 component projects: Quang Trach - Quynh Luu; Quynh Luu - Thanh Hoa; Thanh Hoa - Nam Dinh 1 Thermal Power Plant and Nam Dinh 1 - Pho Noi Thermal Power Plant. For the areas under the management of the Northern Power Corporation, the project passes through 42 districts and towns in 8 provinces including: Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Duong and Hung Yen with a total length of more than 517km of power lines and 1,167 pole foundation locations. The large volume of work, the short completion deadline while the project passes through many localities are posing significant challenges for the electricity industry.
In Thanh Hoa, this project passes through 12 districts and towns including Nghi Son town, Bim Son district, Nhu Thanh, Nong Cong, Trieu Son, Dong Son, Thieu Hoa, Yen Dinh, Ha Trung, Hoang Hoa, Hau Loc and Nga Son with 142 110/medium/low voltage intersections, including 29 110kV intersections, 113 medium and low voltage points.
Up to now, the project is in the urgent construction phase to carry out the 500kV line 3 Quynh Luu - Thanh Hoa, Nam Dinh - Thanh Hoa section through Thanh Hoa province.
Also on this occasion, Thanh Hoa Power Company coordinated, supported, arranged accommodation, and construction sites for the shock force of 167 officers and employees from 12 companies under the Southern Power Corporation and 2 companies under the Central Power Corporation, who were reinforced for the 500kV circuit 3 project in Thanh Hoa province.
Implementing the direction of Vietnam Electricity Group, Northern Power Corporation, Thanh Hoa Power Company has established a Steering Committee, proactively surveyed and developed technical plans to relocate medium and low voltage lines to serve the construction of the 500kV line circuit 3. Coordinated with the Project Management Boards of the National Power Transmission Corporation and construction units to unify the power outage plan at different intersection points on the same 110kV and medium voltage lines in the work of registering power outages for construction, minimizing the time and number of power outages on a line.
The company also focuses on and requires surveys, construction plans, and safety measures to ensure the fastest construction time. In addition, it mobilizes reserve human and material resources to be ready to coordinate and support when required.
Along with that, the Company has also proactively worked and reported to local authorities within its management scope to receive attention, coordination and direction. At the same time, it has notified customers in accordance with regulations on stopping and reducing power supply during construction service time.
