In Quang Binh, in 2023, the whole province planted more than 6,587 hectares of cassava, but the yield and output are expected to decrease compared to the previous crop due to cassava mosaic disease. To date, the whole province has 2,097 hectares of cassava affected by cassava mosaic disease, of which Bo Trach district has 2,000 hectares, Le Thuy 40 hectares, Tuyen Hoa 30 hectares, Quang Trach 20 hectares, Minh Hoa 7 hectares.
