On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025), the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025), on the morning of March 29, General Secretary To Lam and the Central and Da Nang City delegation offered flowers, incense, and commemorated the heroic martyrs at the Da Nang City Memorial, March 29 Street, September 2 Street, Da Nang City.

Also attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government; Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission; General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Minister of National Defense; General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security; Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Nguyen Khac Dinh, Party Central Committee member, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly. Also attending were comrades: Party Central Committee member, former Party Central Committee member, leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, and organizations; Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 5 Command; leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City; Leaders of departments, branches, sectors, organizations and localities under Da Nang city.

At the historic moment 50 years after the complete liberation of Da Nang, in a solemn and emotional atmosphere, General Secretary To Lam and delegates observed a minute of silence, respectfully bowed to express their infinite gratitude and respectfully commemorate the great contributions of the great President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs; vowing to live, work and contribute to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation - worthy of the noble sacrifices of the previous generations.

Da Nang City - a heroic land, experienced two arduous and fierce resistance wars, gave birth to many outstanding children who heroically fell, contributing blood and bones to the revolutionary cause, writing a glorious tradition like an immortal epic, recognized by President Ho Chi Minh, who praised them with 8 golden words: "Loyal, brave and resilient, leading the way to destroy the Americans".
