According to the leaked source, similar to the previous model, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will have a circular camera module on the back with 4 lenses. The device will have a telephoto lens with a resolution of 200MP and 4x optical zoom, which will probably turn it into a periscope camera.

Leaker Chat Digital Station also said: Xiaomi 15 Ultra prototype is currently being tested with 3 back materials: smooth leather, fiberglass or ceramic.

Leather feels premium but is prone to scratches. Fiberglass is a lighter and more durable option but doesn’t feel premium. Ceramic offers a balance of aesthetics and durability but can be heavy and prone to shattering on impact.

The source also revealed that Xiaomi 15 Ultra could be one of the first phones to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC chip with outstanding performance that will be launched in October. It can provide two large cores along with six medium cores and will be manufactured on TSMC's 3nm process.

Previously, it was reported that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has a dual-layer OLED panel, supporting 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

The device will come with an impressive 24GB of RAM and a massive 6,000 mAh battery that can last for 2 days.
