The Finnish team used 10,000 artillery shells, more than double the usual number, keeping the audience glued to the sky. In addition to the high- and medium-range artillery shells, the techniques of firing artillery both in the sky and underwater brought extremely novel effects.
With a color scheme that harmoniously combined with music, the Finnish team was highly appreciated and became the champion of this year's Da Nang International Fireworks Festival.
In the rematch at the fireworks finale, the Chinese team was at a slight disadvantage as the weather was not favorable.
Despite the musical breakthrough, the smoke did not produce the desired effect. The Chinese fireworks team won second place with a prize of $10,000.
The organizers of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival said this year is the biggest festival ever. The preparation process took a year to mobilize 2,400 people.
The final night also witnessed a bumper night for Da Nang's tourism industry when the city's room capacity almost reached its maximum, with an occupancy rate of up to 95%.
The fireworks festival has left beautiful images in the sky of Da Nang and in the hearts of visitors, with countless attractive experiences of a civilized and vibrant festival.
