Identify key tasks to learn and follow Uncle Ho

From donating land for road construction, many roads in Nong Truong commune were expanded.

Regarding An Nong commune, Party Secretary Le Xuan Diep shared: The Party Committee of the commune determined to choose the key task of continuing to effectively implement Resolution No. 12-NQ/HU of the District Party Committee on strengthening the leadership of Party committees in mobilizing people to donate land to expand rural roads and Directive No. 22-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province in the 2 years 2024-2025; with the exemplary role of leading cadres and Party members, with high responsibility for the work, the commune has mobilized people to donate land to expand roads. From July 2022 to the end of 2024, the whole commune has 539 households donating more than 18,000m2 of land of all kinds. In 2024 alone, the villages received more than 1,000 tons of cement to renovate and upgrade 12 roads. The commune built nearly 1.2 km of model roads, creating an effect for other villages to implement together. In addition, implementing Directive No. 22-CT/TU, in 2024, the commune was assigned to support the construction of houses for 3 poor households. In just 1 month, it mobilized manpower to support households in dismantling the construction and mobilized resources to complete the construction of houses for the households.

As a commune selected to implement the construction of a smart new-style rural commune on the basis of being recognized as a model new-style rural commune, the Party Committee and the government of Van Son commune have focused on leading, directing, organizing and selecting villages 7 and 8 to build smart villages, implementing digital transformation models, and then expanding them to the entire commune. Up to now, village 7 has had information technology (IT) application models such as: posting QR codes in administrative procedure lookup; applying IT, digital transformation at consumer goods businesses, introducing and promoting peach trees - the local key product to promote economic development. In village 8, QR codes have been posted in administrative procedure lookup; applying IT, digital transformation in public lighting management... The construction of IT application models in the two smart villages has spread to many other villages to implement and the commune has been recognized as a smart commune in 2024.

Implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo, Trieu Son district has issued documents to lead and direct the implementation and development of action programs for each year and stage, assigning the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to guide grassroots party organizations in implementation; launching the entire Party organization to hang and implement the action slogan "Discipline - Responsibility - Efficiency", helping each collective and individual to self-reflect, self-correct, practice qualities, ethics, discipline, and responsibility in work, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.

The district also chose the key task to implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Ministry of the Government, which is to mobilize people to donate land to expand rural roads in the district in the period of 2022-2025. Up to now, the people of the whole district have donated nearly 666,236m2 of land of all kinds, paved more than 20km of sidewalks, planted more than 250km of green hedges, 20,000 areca trees, and built model roads connecting communes with a length of 159km. The amount of money contributed by the people to implement the resolution is estimated at over 4,000 billion VND.

Promoting the achieved results, in 2025, the Standing Committee of Trieu Son District Party Committee will choose optimal solutions to speed up the progress of granting land use right certificates in the district, organize inspections of land management; strengthen the management and use of public land in the district; resolve difficulties in compensation and site clearance... The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the district will increase their visits to the grassroots to guide, direct, inspect and supervise the implementation of studying and following Uncle Ho's example by union members and members; key cadres and leaders at all levels will continue to set an example and organize well the dissemination of good people, good deeds, and advanced models in studying and following Uncle Ho's example.
