Mr. Tuan was born in 1968, has a bachelor's degree in law and a bachelor's degree in corporate finance.

He held many important positions at Vissan, before becoming a member of the company's Board of Directors from June 2020 to present.

He was Deputy Director of Financial Planning and Investment of SATRA and Deputy General Director of Vissan since 2018.

From December 20, 2024, Mr. Tuan holds the position of General Director of Vissan for a 5-year term.

Previously, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An, born in 1963, was elected General Director of Vissan in 2017. Mr. An resigned from this position in early December 2024 when he reached retirement age according to the regime.

Vissan's shareholder structure has not changed over the years.

Currently, Saigon Trading Group - One Member Limited Liability Company (SATRA) holds 67.76% of charter capital and Masan Meatlife Joint Stock Company owns 24.94%.

At the 2019 Vissan shareholders' meeting, a SATRA representative said that the corporation had developed a restructuring plan for SATRA's entire investment portfolio, not just Vissan.

This topic will be implemented after 2020 when the equitization at SATRA is completed. The equitization plan of SATRA was revealed since the end of 2016.

In early August this year, Ho Chi Minh City announced that 10 enterprises, including SATRA, would be equitized by 2025. Of which, the state will hold 65% of the charter capital at this corporation.

Regarding business results, in the first 9 months, Vissan supplied the market with more than 21,800 tons of food (including nearly 10,000 tons of fresh food).

The company recorded a net profit of more than VND88 billion, up 1% over the same period last year. As of the end of the period, Vissan had more than 3,600 employees.

Vissan started its production and business operations in 1974, about 4 years after its establishment. The company's VSN shares are currently traded on UPCoM.

With a 2023 dividend rate of 6% (VND 600/share), SATRA will receive nearly VND 33 billion in dividends from Vissan when holding more than 54.8 million VSN shares.
