Ensuring tourism facilities for the 4th P4G Summit

Accordingly, based on Document No. 87/TB-VPCP dated March 7, 2025 of the Government Office announcing the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son at the meeting to review the organization of the 4th P4G Conference on February 28, 2025; Document 374/BVHTTDL-HTQT dated January 31, 2025 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the implementation of assigned tasks to serve the Conference and the results of the inspection of the preparation work to serve the delegates of the P4G Summit of accommodation establishments in Hanoi by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

In order to communicate and promote the image of Vietnam tourism as attractive, friendly and safe to delegates, guests, reporters and international friends attending the event, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism requests the Hanoi Department of Tourism to urgently and actively implement effectively the following contents:

Continue to inspect, review and ensure the quality of facilities serving the accommodation of delegates, especially high-level delegations and international guests; tourism facilities serving the organization of activities within the framework of the Conference.

Carry out propaganda and promote the image of Vietnam tourism and Hanoi City as attractive, friendly and safe; raise awareness and promote human factors to create a good impression on delegates attending the Conference and international friends.

Direct travel agencies to develop unique, high-quality tour programs for delegates and guests. Require tourist areas and destinations to pay attention to quality, diversify services and products; check security and safety, ensure a green, clean, and beautiful environment to welcome delegates.

Propose to organize sideline activities such as culinary and entertainment events/venues to serve guests and delegates who wish to experience the locality; coordinate with the Organizing Committee to arrange information space and promote culture and tourism outside the Conference area (if possible).

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism requests that accommodation establishments serving the Conference promptly deploy decoration, printing banners, standees to welcome delegates, actively provide tourism promotion information; arrange separate check-in areas for delegates, ensure security, safety, food hygiene, fire prevention and fighting. Improve service quality and service. Closely coordinate with relevant agencies to ensure related contents on logistics, reception principles, diplomacy according to international regulations and practices.
