Vinh Long strengthens legal education and propaganda in universities

(Dan Tri) - The coordination between Vinh Long Provincial Police and universities and colleges in the area has achieved many positive results in propaganda activities, legal education and protection of the Party's ideological foundation.

On the afternoon of November 19, at Cuu Long University, Vinh Long Provincial Police held a conference to review the plan for coordinating legal education and propaganda and implementing Resolution 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo (Term XIII).

Reporting at the conference, a representative of Vinh Long Police said that through the implementation of the coordination plan, universities and colleges have thoroughly grasped and deployed the content of the coordination plan to all lecturers, teachers, students, pupils and staff for implementation.

Schools have had many creative forms and new ways of propagating, educating the law and protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints in accordance with the tastes and needs of each audience, thus creating attraction, appeal, and spreading more deeply and widely.

Dr. Nguyen Thanh Dung, Vice President of Cuu Long University, said that ensuring political security and combating erroneous and hostile views on cyberspace are important political and educational tasks that the school pays attention to and regularly deploys to all staff, employees and students.

"Through the conference, delegates were able to hear and approach new methods and models from the units, contributing to building a safe and healthy learning environment, helping students develop comprehensively in both ideology and legal awareness," said the Vice President of Cuu Long University.
