NDO - On October 23, the trading session of bluechip stocks was divided and investors were cautious, causing the main indices to fluctuate within a narrow range around the reference, with low liquidity. VN-Index was lucky to regain green at the end of the session thanks to the breakthrough of large stocks such as VIC, STB, TPB. At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 1.01 points to 1,270.9 points.
On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session decreased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching more than 12,862.88 billion VND; foreign investors net bought 9 billion VND.
Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with 14 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.
Of which, VIC increased by 2.37% to VND43,200/share, STB increased by 2.29% to VND35,800/share, TPB increased by 2.02%, PLX increased by 1.2%.
Codes: BCM, BVH, CTG, FPT, MSN, POW, SSI, VCB, VJC, VRE increased slightly.
Five codes stopped at reference: ACB, MBB, SAB, TCB, VNM.
On the other hand, VHM decreased 2.59% to VND47,000/share.
The remaining codes: BID, GAS, GVR, HDB, HPG, MWG, SHB, SSB, VIB, VPB decreased slightly.
In terms of industry groups, steel stocks mainly fluctuated slightly, specifically: DTL increased by 0.83%, HSG and NKG both increased by 0.25%, SMC increased by 1.06%, HMC and VCA stopped at the reference, HPG decreased by 0.75%, TLH decreased by 0.93%.
The group of securities stocks closed in green, in which VDS increased by 2.56%, CTS increased by 1.34%, TCI increased by 1.08%, FTS increased by 0.96%, SSI increased by 0.75%, AGR increased by 0.57%, BSI increased by 0.21%, DSE increased by 0.2%, HCM and ORS stopped at reference. On the opposite side, TVB decreased by 2.62%, TVS decreased by 0.45%, VIX decreased by 0.43%, VND decreased by 0.34%, VCI decreased by 0.28%, APG decreased by 0.22%.
Banking stocks traded differently. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, the remaining codes: EIB and OCB stopped at reference, LPB increased by 0.47%, MSB increased by 0.78%, NAB increased by 0.32%.
* The Vietnamese stock market index today fluctuated around the reference, VNXALL-Index closed up 5.03 points (+0.24%), to 2,110.45 points. Liquidity of the whole market, with trading volume reaching 553.14 million units, corresponding to trading value reaching 13,995.12 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 216 stocks increasing in price, 89 stocks remaining unchanged and 155 stocks decreasing in price.
* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 226.50 points, up 1.00 points (+0.44%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 40.04 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND651.04 billion. The entire floor had 95 stocks increasing, 57 stocks remaining unchanged and 62 stocks decreasing.
The HNX30 index closed up 1.15 points (+0.24%) at 488.36 points. Trading volume reached over 24.01 million units, with a corresponding value of over VND487.98 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 14 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.
On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 92.12 points, up 0.39 points (+0.43%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 19.93 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 229.57 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 169 stocks increasing, 86 stocks remaining unchanged and 115 stocks decreasing.
* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 1.01 points (+0.08%) to 1,270.9 points. Liquidity reached over 589.75 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND14,040.97 billion. The entire floor had 204 stocks increasing, 77 stocks remaining unchanged and 156 stocks decreasing.
The VN30 Index increased by 0.80 points (+0.06%) to 1,349.72 points. Liquidity reached over 257.23 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND7,967.91 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 14 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.
The five stocks with the highest trading volume were VHM (over 33.34 million units), VIB (over 24.22 million units), DXG (over 22.45 million units), TPB (over 18.00 million units), TCB (over 16.76 million units).
The five stocks with the highest price increase were KPF (6.98%), VAF (6.93%), KSB (6.91%), FDC (6.69%), LM8 (6.07%).
The five stocks with the biggest price declines were SRC (-6.98%), COM (-6.97%), TCR (-6.96%), PTL (-6.86%), QCG (-6.79%).
* Today's derivatives market had 210,572 contracts traded, worth VND 28,445.91 billion.
