The People's Committees of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces are planning to restore and rebuild Ma Da bridge, opening a road connecting the two provinces after many years of separation.
The Ministry of Construction has just sent a document to the People's Committees of Binh Phuoc and Dong Nai provinces regarding the study of investment plans to restore Ma Da bridge.
The Ministry of Construction said that on January 25, the Government Office sent an official dispatch to the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction) informing Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha of the opinion of implementing the direction of General Secretary To Lam on studying the proposal and recommendation of Binh Phuoc province for this province to invest in expanding provincial road 753 connecting provincial road 761 of Dong Nai province via Ma Da bridge.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha assigned the Ministry of Construction to preside over and coordinate with agencies and localities to study the proposal of Binh Phuoc province and propose optimal traffic connection solutions.
To have a basis to report to the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Construction requested the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province to soon work with the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to agree on an investment plan to expand provincial road 753 connecting with provincial road 761 of Dong Nai province via Ma Da bridge and send a document to the Ministry of Construction for synthesis and handling.
