Golfer offered unbelievable bonus if he wins gold medal at ASIAD 19

The Vietnam Golf Association (VGA) has just announced the rewards for athletes with high achievements at the 19th ASIAD.

Accordingly, VGA offers a reward of up to 1 billion VND along with a certificate of merit for athletes who win gold medals.

Silver medalists will receive a certificate of merit and 500 million VND, and bronze medalists will receive a certificate of merit and 300 million VND.

According to VGA, the bonus fund is drawn from the diamond sponsor's fund and the association's bonus fund.

This is also the sport that Vietnam will receive the biggest reward for if it wins the Asian Games gold medal. The 19th ASIAD golf event will take place from September 28 to October 1.

At the tournament in Hangzhou (China), the Vietnamese golf team has 4 male athletes including Nguyen Anh Minh, Nguyen Nhat Long, Nguyen Dang Minh, Le Khanh Hung and 2 female athletes Le Chuc An and Ngo Bao Nghi.
