Senior Lieutenant Le Huu Luong is an exemplary Youth Union officer of the City Border Guard in volunteer activities for the community. In 2024, he mobilized funds to support house repairs for 3 poor and near-poor households in Ngu Hanh Son district. At the same time, he mobilized officers and soldiers of the unit to participate in 220 working days to help households repair their houses. At the end of 2024, he organized the "Border Spring" program and presented 214 gifts to policy households and poor households in the district. In 2024, Ngoc Anh organized two mass mobilization campaigns to support union members and disadvantaged students in Hoa Bac commune (Hoa Vang district) and Dong Giang district (Quang Nam province), with a total budget of 50 million VND. Mr. Huynh Tan Dung is always interested in supporting young people in the area to establish themselves and start a business. In 2024, the ward Youth Union coordinated with units to organize consultation and introduce jobs for more than 100 union members, young people, and demobilized soldiers in the ward; at the same time, provided financial support to help union member Tran Viet Le Chuong open a start-up coffee shop. In addition, he regularly grasps the startup needs of young people and connects with the Social Policy Bank for young people to borrow capital to develop the economy; maintains 2 volunteer teams to teach English for free to students every summer. During the 2024 summer youth volunteer campaign, he and young people in the area supported collecting water hyacinth, cleaning the environment in Hoa Nhon commune (Hoa Vang district) and unclogging sewers in Khe Can canal (Hoa Phat ward, Cam Le district).
