Becoming a father or mother is always the destination, the burning desire of married couples. For many people, it seems simple. But for infertile couples, that desire is a long journey that must go through many emotions, psychological obstacles and financial worries.
Married in 2010, after many unsuccessful IUI and IVF interventions at other medical facilities, in 2022, Do Thu Ha (35 years old, in Hanoi) and her husband came to Hanoi Andrology and Infertility Hospital with the desire to become mothers. These are the last hopes after her family's journey to find a child that lasted more than a decade.
At this time, Ms. Ha's ovarian reserve index (AMH) was only 0.67 ng/mL (normal AMH in women under 38 years old is between 2.2 and 6.8 ng/mL). After many difficult interventions, fortunately, after 3 cycles of egg collection, she was able to create many embryos and successfully conceive. In mid-2023, Ms. Ha gave birth to a lovely, healthy baby girl in the sacred happiness of becoming a mother for the first time.

Just like Ms. Ha's family, Ms. Bui Thi Thuy (34 years old, Thanh Hoa) and her husband successfully welcomed their baby after 7 years of anxious waiting thanks to IVF assisted reproduction at the Hanoi Andrology and Infertility Hospital.
Married in 2016, they thought their love would blossom but waited forever without any good news. In 2020, the couple began their journey to find a child right at the time the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, making travel difficult.
Overcoming obstacles in circumstances and psychological pressure after many failed embryo transfers, in 2022, Ms. Thuy successfully conceived and then in early 2023, both sides of the family burst into happiness when Ms. Thuy gave birth to a lovely, healthy baby boy, ending the days of economic difficulties and psychological pressure on the journey to find a child.
Ms. Ha and Ms. Thuy also had many failed embryo transfers and faced many financial difficulties to achieve the sweet results they have today. However, many couples have had to stop their journey to find children due to financial difficulties after failed IVF cycles.
Master, Doctor Le Thi Thu Hien, Professional Director of Hanoi Andrology and Infertility Hospital, said that through actual examinations, doctors have encountered many cases of long-term infertile families facing financial difficulties, even couples who have failed many consecutive IVF cycles in many places before coming to AF HANOI, they are worried and confused about the journey to find children ahead, they are afraid of facing the two words "failure" which brings great financial pressure.

Therefore, to further motivate infertile families, Hanoi Andrology and Infertility Hospital has launched the program “Nurturing green shoots, IVF warranty”. The program was born with the goal of providing humane financial support and building strong trust for families.
“The program “Nurturing Green Seeds – IVF Guarantee” is like a financial guarantee, bringing peace of mind and lighting up hope for good results after a long journey of two hours of waiting for a baby. When a patient is eligible for in vitro fertilization, registers for the program and has an egg retrieval at the hospital from November 6, 2024 to April 30, 2025, the entire cost of in vitro fertilization will be refunded if the embryo transfer is unsuccessful.
In cases where families have not achieved the expected successful lung transplant, the IVF warranty policy is a source of encouragement, helping infertile families confidently continue on their journey to find children," said Dr. Hien.
