My child is now in high school, but every time I mention middle school, he says: 'I wish Mr. Khoa, Ms. Thuy, and Mr. Hao would transfer to high school to teach me'.

When my child finished primary school, like many parents whose children started secondary school, I was very confused about which school to choose for my child. At that time, a friend of mine suggested me a school in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The reason my friend gave was that this is the first public school that trains according to the international integration trend. The school also does not have a zoning system, if your child's profile meets the requirements, then you can register to study.
Students are respected and encouraged
I still remember that year the school planned to enroll 6 classes, each class had 30 students, a total of 180 students. The condition for students was that the final exam score of grade 5 must be 10 points in both math and Vietnamese. The school only recruited enough students and did not recruit more because of limited facilities.
After I submitted my application, the teachers told me to come in on that day to check the list to see if my child was accepted into the school. My child was lucky, he just met the requirements to be admitted to the school.
I remember very clearly the meeting between the parents of grade 6 and the school board, principal Cao Duc Khoa said, in general, the school focuses on students, protecting students' rights and developing skills are invested in parallel. Every student who steps through the school gate is not only taught knowledge but is truly respected.
Middle school age is a "rebellious" age, so schools and families need to work closely together to educate children. In the journey of development, let's encourage children to develop good things, give them advice to correct their mistakes, not criticize those mistakes.
In fact, what he said, any principal in this country can say. But how to implement it, how to persevere throughout the teaching and learning process is another story.
Really for my child, every day at school is a happy day!
Every day after school, he would tell stories about his class, school, or his teachers. The problems of middle school students are sometimes being unfairly recorded in the notebook, the main door of the classroom not being closed tightly, or making suggestions to a subject teacher who is too strict or whose words they think are not friendly.
All these issues were checked, verified and resolved by the principal without us parents having to speak up.
Complete luggage
Since starting school, my children have quickly developed the ability to work in groups and coordinate with other friends, whether they are close or not. Besides learning knowledge, the way they handle school-age problems and their ability to think independently has surprised me.
These are conflicts between groups of friends, how to behave with each other, anger, mistakes... all are discussed frankly and resolved by the children. If they cannot resolve it themselves, they go to their homeroom teachers. If they have problems with their teachers that have not been satisfactorily resolved, they go to the principal to discuss.
And thank goodness, thanks to the clear viewpoint of the principal, Mr. Khoa, my child's homeroom teachers are also extremely cute in their eyes. Every day when he comes home from school, he tells stories about the class, about the teacher, including the endless "ghosts" at school that they have dealt with. I feel really secure in choosing that school for my child.
My child entered high school with a full set of knowledge and affection for his old school. The most important thing that the principal's ideology conveyed to my child and his friends was not only to be good, respect teachers, and love friends, but also to have a clear mindset of valuing family and understanding one's own value among a group of thousands of people at a similar age of development.
Just go straight to the principal.
I told them many interesting things about school, the most important thing they could do was to go straight to the principal if they had any questions, didn't understand anything, or needed to solve anything. He was almost always at school and was always ready to listen to his students.
