On the evening of April 1, at Ho Son Park, Tuy Hoa City People's Committee held a ceremony to honor the titles of "Outstanding Family", "Outstanding Tuy Hoa Citizen", "Outstanding Tuy Hoa Youth" in 2023.

Comrades Huynh Lu Tan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Tuy Hoa City Party Committee; Cao Dinh Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Tuy Hoa City People's Committee and a large number of people attended. Accordingly, 5 individuals were honored as "Outstanding Tuy Hoa Citizens", 5 individuals achieved the title of "Outstanding Tuy Hoa Youth", 11 households were "Outstanding Families".

These are individuals and households selected from 42 individuals and households at the grassroots level, going through a review process through public posting at the headquarters of the People's Committees of wards and communes to get consensus from the people before being recognized.
