Ha Tinh youth join hands to sustainably reduce poverty

Through the 2023 "Youth join hands to reduce sustainable poverty" festival, Ha Tinh youth union members are provided with useful knowledge on preventing social evils and joining hands to reduce sustainable poverty.

On the afternoon of December 26, at the People's Committee of Ky Long Ward, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union coordinated with the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union to organize the "Youth join hands to reduce sustainable poverty" Festival in 2023.

The activity aims to implement Plan No. 54-KH/TWĐTN-BTG dated May 5, 2023 of the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on "Organizing activities to implement the Information Communication and Poverty Reduction Project in 2023, under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021 - 2025".

At the festival, delegates and students watched special performances; participated in physical games...

... and participate in the "Ring the Golden Bell" Contest to learn about information on preventing social evils and joining hands to reduce poverty sustainably in 2023. The "Ring the Golden Bell" Contest has the participation of 80 excellent candidates from the Youth Union branches of Le Quang Chi High School (Ky Long Ward, Ky Anh Town).

Candidates will have to answer 30 questions covering knowledge and legal documents related to social evils and sustainable poverty reduction.

At the festival, the representative of the Provincial Youth Union also presented a map of Vietnam to Le Quang Chi High School...

...and presented gifts to disadvantaged students of Le Quang Chi High School. The activities at the festival aim to equip knowledge for youth union members, thereby contributing to pushing social evils out of schools and joining hands to reduce poverty sustainably.
