Arrest of the daring bank robber in Nghe An

On the evening of February 1, Mr. Doan Tien Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Lo town (Nghe An) confirmed that a bank robbery had just occurred in the area.

Initial information, at around 4:00 p.m. the same day, a subject boldly committed a robbery at a bank branch in Cua Lo town (located in Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town).

"The amount of money the subject robbed at this bank branch was less than 20 million VND. After the robbery, the subject fled towards Vinh city. Currently, the forces are trying to capture him," Mr. Dung informed.
