Exceeded the training plan assigned by the province
Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Ho Dang Tai - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies; Dau Dinh Duong - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
In the 2022-2023 school year, with the spirit of innovation, creativity, and overcoming difficulties, the Party Committee, Board of Directors, leaders of departments, offices, staff, lecturers, and students of the school's classes and training courses have united, been responsible, and excellently completed the key tasks of the school year in scientific research, training, and fostering activities.
Notably, Nghe An Provincial Political School was recognized as meeting level 1 standards according to Regulation No. 11, dated May 19, 2021 of the Central Party Secretariat.
In training and fostering, in 2022 alone, the school exceeded the province's plan with a total of 124 classes and 7,700 students; of which 89 new classes were opened with 5,391 students. In the first 9 months of 2023, the school coordinated training and fostering in 81 classes with 5,011 students; of which there were 5 advanced political theory classes with 307 students; 31 intermediate political theory classes with 1,844 students; and organized 45 training and knowledge updating classes with 2,860 students.
Along with training and fostering, the Provincial Political School has also successfully organized many scientific seminars.
In parallel with performing professional tasks, the school has focused on leading, directing, and taking care of building the organization and staff to ensure quantity, quality, and sufficient qualities, capacity, and prestige to meet the requirements of practical tasks; organizing teaching demonstrations at the faculty and school levels; selecting 2 lecturers to attend the National Excellent Lecturer Competition, scheduled to be held on September 17-20, 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Step by step realizing the goal of bringing the school to level 2 standards
In the 2023-2024 school year, closely following the Party's policies and resolutions; the training and development goals and targets assigned by the province and the school's development requirements, Nghe An Provincial Political School continues to be determined to unite, strive for innovation, creativity and responsibility to fulfill its tasks well in the school year.
The focus is on propaganda, raising awareness, creating motivation and practical actions among the school's staff, lecturers and students, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and targets of Resolution No. 39, dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
Continue to innovate leadership, management and operation in schools to ensure scientific, democratic, comprehensive and effective nature; innovate and improve the quality of staff and lecturers, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, better meet task requirements; effectively apply information technology to management and teaching.
Focus on innovation, creativity, improving the quality of training and fostering cadres, diversifying types of training and fostering; contributing to building a team of cadres at all levels to meet the development requirements of the province and each locality and facility. Focus on investing and improving facilities and equipment to build a modern, civilized teaching environment, and build a green, clean and beautiful landscape environment.
The school also sets the task of continuing to take care of strong school organizations to create a standard, united and developed educational environment; gradually realizing the goal of building Nghe An Provincial Political School to meet level 2 standards before 2030.
