Specifically, in Document No. 2961/UBND-KTNS, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of districts and cities to carefully review the projects expected to be implemented in the local socio-economic development plan for 2025 and the period 2026-2030 that need to be arranged for resettlement when clearing the land to accurately forecast the needs and necessary resettlement quantity of the locality in the period 2026-2030, in order to have a plan to deploy appropriate resettlement areas. The review results will be sent to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee before April 10, 2025.

In addition, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of districts and cities to direct relevant units to seriously implement the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee according to Resolution No. 14-NQ/TU dated April 22, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee, term XI, on promoting compensation, site clearance, support and resettlement in the province. This includes the task of proposing investment policies for resettlement areas for many projects, ensuring resettlement arrangements before land recovery according to regulations; deciding on resettlement areas to arrange resettlement accommodation for each project.
