Accordingly, the authorities have organized the compulsory demolition of houses and structures on plot 58, cadastral map sheet 68 in group 3, Huong Phuoc quarter, Phuoc Tan ward of Mr. D.D.T. This is a household subject to land acquisition for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, section through Bien Hoa city.

Although the competent authorities have completed all procedures for compensation and support policies when the State reclaims land, this household has refused to receive compensation and support and has not handed over the land. Therefore, the authorities must organize compulsory land reclamation according to regulations.

After more than 1 hour, the project was forcibly completed by the authorities and the site was handed over to the contractor. This is the first household whose land was forcibly acquired to implement a project through Bien Hoa.

The enforcement board said that cases where the land has not been handed over will continue to be enforced.
