The rate of workers with degrees and certificates in the province is constantly increasing.

The movement to repay gratitude and care for the lives of people with revolutionary contributions has received attention with many practical activities. Specifically, 100% of eligible social protection beneficiaries receive monthly allowances; care is taken to visit and celebrate the longevity of the elderly... Poverty reduction work is focused on, policies to support poor households are implemented synchronously and promptly, thereby contributing to reducing the number of poor households in 2021 from 14,218 poor households, a rate of 3.58%, to 11,753 poor households by the end of 2021, a rate of 2.93% (a decrease of 0.65%) according to the poverty standard for the period 2016 - 2020.

At the beginning of 2022, the whole province had 17,600 poor households, a rate of 4.26%, by the end of 2024 it decreased to 8,298 poor households, a rate of 2.05% (a decrease of 0.58%) according to the poverty standard for the period 2021 - 2025 (the plan is that the poverty rate will be below 3%).

The province also recorded an increase in the rate of trained workers, from 60.6% in 2020 to 68.6% by the end of 2024 and is estimated to reach 70% by the end of 2025. Of which, the rate of workers with degrees and certificates increased from 30.95% in 2020 to 38.95% by the end of 2024, and is estimated to reach 40% by the end of 2025.
