Billiard player Tran Quyet Chien, who made Vietnamese 3-cushion carom billiards famous with 2 World Championship Cups, was honored in the category of male athlete of the year 2024. At the age of 42, Tran Quyet Chien continues to set the goal of conquering new heights in the world of billiards.

The title of Team of the Year 2024 belongs to the Vietnamese women's volleyball team thanks to their achievements of winning the AVC Challenge Cup championship and the FIVB Challenge Cup bronze medal. The title of Team of the Year belongs to the women's 4x400m relay team (Quach Thi Lan, Nguyen Thi Hang, Nguyen Thi Ngoc, Hoang Thi Minh Hanh) of the Vietnamese athletics team thanks to winning the Asian gold medal. With outstanding contributions to Vietnamese shooting, Mr. Park Chung-gun (Korea) was honored in the category of outstanding expert of the year.

The category of Outstanding Disabled Athlete in 2024 belongs to weightlifter Le Van Cong thanks to his achievement of winning a bronze medal at the Paris Paralympics. Le Van Cong is an example of will, perseverance, and overcoming adversity to conquer the peak. Le Van Cong is also the owner of the gold medal at the 2016 Brazil Paralympics and the silver medal at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics (taking place in 2021). In addition to the title of Outstanding Disabled Athlete, Le Van Cong also won the title of Most Favorite Athlete voted by fans.

The 2024 Victory Cup Gala also featured a special guest, Coach Kim Sang-sik, who led the Vietnamese football team to the AFF Cup 2024. The Korean coach expressed his admiration for the athletes' tireless efforts and wished Vietnamese sports much success in the future. The Vietnamese team was also nominated for the Image of the Year award with an explosive moment after striker Nguyen Xuan Son scored in the match against Myanmar at the AFF Cup 2024.
