This afternoon, January 15, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission held a conference to review mass mobilization work in 2024 and deploy key tasks in 2025. In 2024, with the spirit of innovation and creativity, the mass mobilization system at all levels in the province has proactively advised on the implementation and completion of tasks according to the policies, conclusions, plans and key contents of the commitment of the collective leadership and heads to the Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee; focusing on directing the implementation, guiding, urging, inspecting, supervising, summarizing and concluding the policies and resolutions of the Party and the Provincial Party Committee on the field of mass mobilization work of the political system.
Notably, the propaganda and mobilization for the good implementation of the 3 national target programs in the province. The coordination work of the mass mobilization committees at all levels with all levels, sectors, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and armed forces has directed the grassroots to choose and direct the good implementation of site clearance for key projects and works deployed in the area; mobilized people to donate land, trees, labor, and money to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; promoted the people's right to mastery, contributing to taking care of the lives and production of all classes of people.
Promoting democracy and the strength of the great national unity bloc, social consensus, overcoming difficulties and challenges, contributing to the implementation and completion of goals and tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security, and building a clean and strong Party and political system at all levels.
Regarding the key tasks in 2025, the mass mobilization system at all levels has proposed 9 groups of tasks and solutions focusing on advising the Party Committee to lead and direct the implementation of the Party's viewpoints and policies on mass mobilization work; promoting democracy, intelligence, and responsibility of the mass mobilization system, the Front, socio-political organizations, and the strength of the great national unity bloc, striving to achieve the goals of socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building and the political system with the highest results, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.
Innovate mass mobilization work, operate in a practical, effective direction, focus on the grassroots, digital transformation; increase contact, dialogue, listen, promptly resolve people's recommendations and concerns. Coordinate to organize many exciting activities among people of all walks of life to practically welcome party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang emphasized that in 2025, the entire political system of the province will strive with the highest determination to fulfill the goals and tasks set by the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.
One of the key tasks that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee focuses on leading and directing is to effectively implement the three national target programs and complete the elimination of all temporary and dilapidated housing for the people. Therefore, the mass mobilization system at all levels needs to focus on propagating and mobilizing the people and mobilizing social resources to effectively implement this policy, so that the people can enjoy the results after 80 years of national independence and 50 years of national reunification.
With the view of combining the power of propaganda and mobilization to bring the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State into life to achieve the highest results, after merging the People's Mobilization Committee and the Propaganda Committee, it is necessary to advise the province to issue local policies and effective solutions to support businesses and people to develop production and business, improving people's lives.
