This afternoon, February 24, the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to deploy the decisions and supervision plans of the Provincial Party Committee for districts, towns, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong; and members of the Provincial Party Committee attended the conference.

At the conference, Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Ho Thi Thu Hang announced the decision to establish 13 monitoring delegations and the monitoring plan of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee for the districts of Hai Lang, Trieu Phong, Gio Linh, Vinh Linh, Con Co, Cam Lo, Dakrong, Huong Hoa, Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Town, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard, and the Provincial Police.

The supervision content focuses on the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 of the Politburo on adjusting and supplementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW; Plan No. 157-KH/TU, dated June 24, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo; central and provincial directive documents on summarizing the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Committee and reorganizing the apparatus of the political system.
For the standing committees of districts, towns, city party committees, and party committees, focus on supervising the performance of duties and responsibilities of individuals related to the content of supervision of the district party committee.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Long Hai emphasized that the selected topics for supervision are extremely important in implementing major central policies, aiming to promptly resolve practical issues that arise.
Through supervision, the Provincial Party Committee hopes that units must be truly open-minded when preparing self-monitoring reports, correctly assessing the achieved results, limitations and shortcomings, so that the Provincial Party Committee can grasp the situation, correct and rectify existing shortcomings, limitations and signs of violations (if any), to prevent, guide and resolve difficulties, problems that arise, and slow-downs.
Recommend and propose to competent authorities for timely leadership, direction and guidance; at the same time, replicate good, creative and effective practices, ensure that party organizations and party members fully and deeply grasp major policies of the central government and the province and organize unified implementation, achieving the set goals and requirements.
Propose that the Standing Committees of Party Committees at all levels, especially the leaders, promptly disseminate information to Party Committees, Party organizations and related Party members for implementation; closely coordinate with the monitoring team to ensure progress, quality and efficiency according to the plan. Direct organizations and individuals to promptly prepare self-monitoring reports and related records and documents to send reports to the monitoring team within the prescribed time.
Direct relevant organizations and individuals under the Party Committee to coordinate, facilitate, and provide full information and documents to help the monitoring team complete its tasks as required. If any problems or difficulties arise, promptly discuss with the monitoring teams for consideration and resolution.

Require the monitoring teams to submit report outlines and provide clear and specific instructions on how to prepare reports for the units, ensuring adherence to the monitoring content. Assign responsibilities and organize monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations, procedures and plans. During the monitoring process, democracy must be promoted, and the sense of self-criticism and criticism of the Party organization and Party members must be raised.
Closely coordinate so that the monitoring process does not affect the activities of localities, units and individuals being monitored. Report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the monitoring results to ensure objective, accurate and clear reflection to facilitate the general synthesis process of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee. In case of any arising problems, promptly report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for consideration and resolution.
Assign the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to advise on a general summary report of the monitoring delegations; advise on a draft general summary notice of the monitoring delegations, and submit it to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee for comments.
